Belmont Schools -- Excellence in Education

Belmont Community Schools offers PreK to 12th grade under one roof and has recently completed a new $4.2 million addition which includes a Distance Learning Room. With a total enrollment of about 440 students and 44 staff members. Belmont has an approximate student-to-teacher ratio of 13 to 1 to provide for optimum learning. Belmont provides a complete program of special education services, and a CDB program has also been added. More than 85% of our graduates pursue some form of post secondary education with 60% of the students attending a four-year college. The school supports a wide variety of summer school activities ranging from internet classes to gardening.
