"Brass & Brats" Music Festival at Belmont High School. Performances by the Colt Drum Corp and Colt Cadets of Dubuque, IA, a county music act, and a Circus World Museum act. There will be kid carnival rides and possibly an ATV Rally. Brats, hamburgers, cream puffs, ice cream sundaes and other refreshments available.
